Senior Investment Officer – Johannesburg

My client is an Investment organisation who invest in companies throughout Africa. They provide the full spectrum of capital instruments including subordinated debt, preference shares, IFI’s, credit businesses that support MSMS’s. The fund has a close target of USD 100m.

They are now looking to recruit a senior Investment Officer with at least 7 years experience who has mezzanine or structured credit investing, impact investing or financial institutions analysis.

Duties will include managing investment pipelines, drafting investment term sheets, DD of prospective invests, working with legal council, support fund raising and working with internal and external stakeholders.

The roles is based in Johannesburg and my client will consider candidates from other locations.
