Mill Manager

I’m currently recruiting for a Mill Manager for an expanding Milling company who have an operation in Zimbabwe. They are currently implementing a new 400 ton per day Wheat Mill in addition to their current maize mill.

I’m looking for a Mill Manager who can assist with the development and commissioning of the mill enabling it be ready for production towards the end of the year. You will assist with the recruitment and training of staff, implement quality, food and H&S policies and preventative maintenance systems.

From an operational point of view you will be involved with purchasing and supplies, commercial marketing campaigns and ensuring that consumables and spares are optimised and available.

I’m looking for someone who has at least 10 years management experience in either wheat or maize milling and has working knowledge of the latest ISO standards and best practice methodologies.
