Job Vacancy – Managing Director – Real Estate West Africa

I’m currently looking to recruit a Managing director on behalf of my client who is a leading and reputable real estate development company specialising in large scale residential and commercial projects. I’m looking for an experienced leader and manager who can set strategy for the company and take the lead for the organisation in its several construction divisions. You will have total responsibility for day-to-day operations and ensure its commercial and financial success. As a seasoned executive with a proven track in the real estate sector you will have to set and keep the company aligned on its vision and long term goals. As MD you will have all operational responsibility, managing the various Heads of department for Land acquisition, Residential development, Property management, Sales and leasing and business development etc. Having already been established for several decades your role will be to take the company to the next level.
