I’m currently recruiting for a Maintenance/technical manager for an international FMCG manufacturing company who produce flour, pasta and animal feeds.
My client is seeking to recruit a Head of Maintenance, someone who has had several years experience in preventative, predictive and corrective and maintenance of milling and pasta equipment and machinery.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of Fava 144t Pasta spaghetti plant, Pingle 250t Corn mill & Pingle 2 x 112t Wheat mill plants to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and minimal downtime. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance schedules, managing the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing plant performance to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance management experience in pasta plant and flour milling plants
- Hands-on experience with pasta production lines and milling equipment is highly desirable. Preferably Fava & Pingle plants
