I’m currently recruiting for a group of companies that operate in East and West Africa, my client has several food and FMCG companies one of which is in need of a Factory Manager. As factory manager you will oversee manufacturing operations for two distinct consumer food types . You will oversee the development, performance and maintenance of the factory’s activities and assets to obtain maximum quality, efficiency, production, safety and profitability.

Successful candidates should ideally be local to Kenya  and have a degree in engineering or other related field. Manufacturing food  products and at last 5 years senior managerial experience.
