Country Manager

My client is an international agriculture equipment distributor who are established in several African countries. 

They are currently looking for a Country Manager who as the No1 executive for the company in Uganda will be responsible for the running of the company. He/she will be in charge of all functional departments within the company including Sales, finance, HR, finance, purchasing and supply chain etc. 

As an outstanding manager your role will be to manage and lead the company ensuring that revenue targets are met. You will undertake monthly, quarterly and annual reviews with staff to driving performance.

Ideal candidates will have experience in senior managerial positions, preference for Agriculture related fields in Africa.
