CFO – Chief Financial Officer

My client is an International Private Equity backed food & beverage manufacturing organisation supplying the market in Ethiopia. Having expanded and grown the business through organic growth they now need to appoint a CFO to help secure the stability and growth for the next phase of the company.

This represents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join the company. Ideally, we are looking for someone on the upward trajectory of their career, someone who may have worked for a large Blue chip manufacturing company and now wishes to utilise their skills in a small more dynamic SME sized business. With manufacturing and costing skills you will use your professional career to help implement new systems and procedures.

As the CFO you will work closely with the local MD and the Private Equity fund to ensure the correct procedures are in place and that the accounts are true and accurate reflection. We need an outstanding communicator who will be able to converse will all departments ensuring that all input and outputs feed into the accounting systems.
