Bakery Consultant, formulations and food tech  – South Africa

My client has recently installed new production lines for a biscuit plant in South Africa. However they are encountering problems with the end biscuit product in terms of quality. They therefore need a consultant to help them with formulations to improve texture, biscuit mouth feel etc.

I’m therefore looking for somebody who has a bakery/biscuit background and understands the product and how to make them, not someone who is a plant or operations manager. If you are available and would be interested in a consultancy role spending a couple of week in a plant then I would like to hear from you.
