Chief Financial Officer

I’m currently recruiting for a divisional CFO position for an international group of companies that operate from Nigeria. Reporting to the CEO your role as the Chief Financial Officer will be to provide a full accounting service of this 100m USD t/o business. Moreover, you will be pivotal in providing a commercial business partnering services to the CEO. You will focus on business best practices, improving the systems and procedures and being on top of commercial and financial implications. There will be full interaction with the Group CFO and Group CEO and board of directors.

You will be responsible for the financial strategy and implementation to achieve the business vision and as such you will be expected to manage the financial health of the business creating value for the shareholders. The key objective will be to create a highly efficient, profitable and process-orientated organisation which attracts good valuation.

Long term prospects are outstanding and it is envisaged that this person could also move into the CEO role after a two or three years success in the current CFO position.
