Shipton Mill is a large privately owned flour milling company producing specialty high quality flour for the baking industry and home bakers. Comprising of two sites and operating 24/7 this GM position encompasses all supply chain and production responsibilities.

Ideally with a flour milling/bakery or similar food production background your role here is to manage the entire operation ensuring that incoming material is produced into a high-quality flour. Managing H&S, maintenance, and production milling operatives your managerial and technical skills will be key.

Shipton’s Mill has a long-established history of producing flour and can be traced back centuries. Now producing organic flour, the mill is at the forefront of bakery trends producing many types of flour for pasta, breads, and pastries.
