My client is one of the most successful group of companies in Ghana, they operate in several different sectors including construction. The  construction business consists of commercial and residential property development in Accra. They now need to appoint a Managing Director to help them with the overall operation and administration of a large growing real estate business.

For this role I need a suitably qualified Construction engineer with at least 15 year’s experience in Construction. You will live and breath construction, it’s your passion and your background where you will have proven experience at the MD or other managerial position overseeing a company or division in every aspect of real estate.

For this role you’ll be setting strategy, acquiring land, contract negotiations, project development management and also heavily involved with stakeholder relations and people management.
