CFO  – Maputo, Mozambique

My client is a  respected and well established manufacturing organisation who produce a variety of products and who have several manufacturing plants and divisions.

They currently need to recruit a Finance Director to take over the helm of this large finance team. Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years experience as a FD in a similar manufacturing organisation. Fundamental to this position is the relationship that you will form with the Managing Director  providing leadership and advice to support the business going forward.

This position has the full accounting responsibility including treasury, tax, corporate finance, regulatory and cash flow. You will get involved in all functions including group taxation, payroll, and staff management. You will also work closely with the auditors and bankers ensuring that accounting policies and guidelines are adhered to.
