GM – Flour milling – Sub Saharan Africa

My client is a part of a large group of companies that produce food commodities in Africa, flour milling is one such division that they operate in. 

They are now looking for a General Manager of this large and significant flour mill that produces around 2000 tonnes per day of wheat flour. As GM you will be expected to lead and take control of this business with management of the key operational departments such as – Maintenance, Quality control, procurement, sales.. Operating a multisite mill you will use all your experience to ensure the operation runs smooth and effectively, you will also be familiar with latest milling technology and best practice. Ideally, you will have worked for a large milling organisation and be familiar with the latest European milling machinery. You will have a can do attitude and and be able to strive for the best at all tines.
