CEO – North Africa

I’m currently recruiting a CEO for a large food processing organisation that operates from a North African country. My client has multiple divisions within the agriculture, supply chain and food processing sectors. They also have significant Private Equity funding and are leaders within their field. They supply the domestic market and export within the B2B and B2C sectors. Due to the projected growth and expansion they now need to hire a CEO who will be dedicated to the development and intricate management of this organisation. 

As CEO I’m looking for someone who has at least 10 years’ experience at the senior management level and who has operated in North Africa within a seasonal Agri or food processing industry. Your role will be to roll out the strategy and growth paying attention to detail of the seasonality and production of the produce. You will obviously be involved with full P&L responsibility improving financial reporting and ESG. External factors such as climate change and market prices will also have to monitored closely as will external KPI analysis. It’s also vitally important that the successful candidate currently or has worked in North Africa and speaks French fluently.
